Guidelines

Resources to present the Oreus brand consistently and professionally.

Usage

Leave enough space around Oreus brand elements. Whether they are large or small, they should visually breathe. They should not appear tight or cluttered.

Brand name

"Oreus" is a unique word and must always be written with an initial capital letter "O". It is the official name of both the company and the product (and not "Oreus app"). When referring to specific versions, methods, or editions of Oreus, they should be treated as proper nouns and thus capitalized (for example: "Oreus Vision").
On the logo, the name is always in capital letters and does not contain an "é".

Oreus Logotype

The Oreus logo should be used whenever space allows to represent the brand. A monochrome usage is recommended to ensure consistency and readability. Choose the light or dark version depending on the contrast of the background. Always respect a minimum protection area around the logo to preserve its visual impact and readability.

Oreus Logo

For compact layouts or usages without text, the Oreus symbol is a concise representation of the brand. Use it judiciously, as the logotype remains more recognizable. Reserve the symbol for contexts where it is sufficient on its own: badges, compact interfaces, or decorative elements.

Colors

The Oreus palette is designed to work well on both light and dark backgrounds. The main color is a slightly desaturated blue, calm, modern, and visually pleasing. For monochrome uses of the logo, prefer the light and dark variants defined in the palette, and reserve the brand blue for backgrounds, visual accents, and graphic elements rather than for small logos where the contrast might be insufficient.

  • Prioritize contrast and readability: use the light logo on dark backgrounds and the dark logo on light backgrounds.

  • Avoid placing the logo directly on textures or complex images that reduce readability.

  • Use the inverted and opacity variants only where they have been specified for photographic or gradient contexts.
