Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vox Chat by Oreus application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

License to Use

OREUS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on any Apple device that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules set forth in Apple's App Store Service Terms.

Service Description

Vox Chat by Oreus is a conversational artificial intelligence application that allows you to interact with AI agents, manage conversations, and access advanced features through subscriptions.

Subscriptions

Auto-renewable subscriptions provide access to premium features of the Application.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the original price unless otherwise notified.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account Settings. No refund will be provided for the current subscription period upon cancellation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, not to attempt to decompile or disassemble the Application, not to generate illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content, not to share your account with unauthorized third parties, and not to automate the use of the Application without OREUS's express authorization.

Intellectual Property

The Application and all of its content, features, and technologies are the exclusive property of OREUS and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. This license grants you no ownership rights in the Application.

Personal Data and Privacy

The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at oreus.ai/politique-de-confidentialite. OREUS is committed to processing your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Artificial Intelligence

Responses generated by the Application are produced by artificial intelligence systems. OREUS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of the generated responses. The user is solely responsible for how they use the generated content.

Service Availability

OREUS strives to ensure the Application is available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may be carried out without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OREUS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application.

Changes

OREUS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the Application after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

OREUS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application in the event of a violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, France.
